Still having this problem. In the PDF I uploaded, any text within brackets are skipped.

The handling of text within brackets has been a tricky area for us. Over the past year, we received a lot of feedback from users who felt that including bracketed text disrupted the flow of the listening experience. Based on that, we adjusted our extraction process to skip these segments.

Same thing here, stops reading paragraph randomly and moves to the next section.
Same issue here, it skipped whole sections. A 13 page paper was only a 9-minute file.
I agree with this comment. Very frustrating.
