Difficulty selecting section on mobile

Recently I've noticed that it is difficult to jump to a different section on mobile (Android). The only place to do it is in the "change section order" menu. Clicking on the desired section sometimes allows me to jump to that section, but usually it does nothing. I have to click on the section repeatedly and hope one of them sticks.

Just bumping this post, as I've noticed the issue getting worse. It appears this menu does nothing but change the section order now, and there is no longer a way to jump to a different section (on Android).
