Playback bar not appearing on desktop

I'm a new user, and I when I opened my first article, the playback bar is nowhere to be found. It's working on the app, but I'd rather use the desktop version!

Just kidding, the app isn't working for me either. When I hit play, it just says "Key Statements" and nothing more.
