Most PDFs exceed character account

Hi everyone- I am new here and see alot of potential in Audemic, however have one major issue. I was wondering if everyone else experienced about 80-90% of their pdfs exceeding the character count. I am wondering why this might be that such a small portion of the pdfs I have on Zotero do not show as well (bc they exceed the character account).

I am not sure if the character counts are much larger than standard journals (I normally tried to upload for journals in the drug dependence / mental disorder research area). If so, is there a way to have an Audemic feature to allow us to upload the first couple pages of a pdf? Just because breaking them up can be quite tedious or unavailable to people without adobe pro

Hi! We have updated the character limit. Try to upload again the papers and let me know at contact@audemic.io if you still having problems. Hope this helps. Best. Olly

I first encountered the "PDF exceeded character count" error yesterday, April 3, 2023. Perhaps this is a bug accidentally introduced by a feature update? What is this "character count limit", anyways?
