A Frustrating Experience with Audemic

I need to share my experience so that others are aware before signing up.
I signed up for the free trial, but before the trial even ended, I was debited for a full year’s subscription. I immediately tried to contact the support team for help and to ask about a possible refund — but no one responds. The contact details they provide don’t lead anywhere useful, and the TikTok link on their website points to a page that doesn’t even exist.
To make matters worse, when I tried to write this very blog post, I discovered I couldn’t even log in with my premium account. Despite being charged for a full year, the system apparently does not recognise my premium subscription at all. I had to log in using a separate account without premium access just to post here.
The app itself is unreliable. The AI often skips over entire paragraphs or sections when reading documents, making it very difficult to trust or use for any serious purpose.
I feel scammed, ignored, and deeply frustrated. To anyone considering this service: please be careful. Transparency, accountability, and basic customer support should come first — and unfortunately, my experience shows that isn’t the case here.
