Somewhat buggy - not the productivity tool I was hoping for

I fully support the concept of a scholarly document reader, but during my one-week trial, I encountered three significant issues that led me to cancel:

1. Choppy Audio Experience: The audio frequently stopped unless I was in an area with a strong WiFi or cellular connection. Each section of the paper seemed to load independently, which disrupted the flow. I couldn’t find an option for offline listening, which would have helped maintain continuity.
2. Awkward Pronunciations and Robotic Voices: Even after trying different voice options, the overall experience felt quite robotic. Sentences often ran on with in-text citations, making it harder to follow. Some additional intonation and natural pauses would improve the listening experience. Pronunciations of non-English names were particularly odd.
3. Communication Issues: I didn’t receive the end-of-trial notification as advertised, and on the 6th day, I was automatically transferred to a paid account without any prior heads-up.

I hope these areas can be improved as I believe the concept has a lot of potential
