Papers don't get uploaded!! And when they don't ("Error in uploading! Please contact support"), it eats into your free limit. There is no linkage to dropbox / Google drive, but that's moot because even your basic product doesn't work. Are you someone's dorm project? How did you get any clowns to fund you?
