I'm a new user and I'd like to watch/hear the article titled "What can you do with Audemic" that shows up on my "uploaded papers" tab. But every time I click on the link, it opens the page and, when it has almost finished loading, it just jumps back to the previous page. I'm currently using Safari, Version 17.4.1.

During academic terms that may be practicums or have no need for the service, it would be ideal to have an option to plan a pause on the subscription vs keep paying and not using it, or deleting and signing up again.

Need the ability to keep listening in areas with poor connectivity

Reading them online on the phone doesn't work. It stops on every section. I have to open the phone everytime to 'refresh it'

Made an account online but can't seem to connect it onto the mobile device. It just makes separate accounts despite using the same email to login.

It would be great if we could see and adjust the regions of a PDF that are being detected by the reading software to correct mistakes. You have an option to import paper from Zotero. I use SciWheel instead of Zotero to save my reading list. Is it possible to import papers from sciewheel too?

Unable to log out on mobile web. Due to the web design, it is impossible to tap ‘log out’ in the profile menu.

It would be good to be able to click at different places on the progress bar and have the audio start from that point (rather than having to click the five-second fast-forward and rewind buttons to navigate to different parts of the article's audio). Thanks!

Recently I've noticed that it is difficult to jump to a different section on mobile (Android). The only place to do it is in the "change section order" menu. Clicking on the desired section sometimes allows me to jump to that section, but usually it does nothing. I have to click on the section repeatedly and hope one of them ...
